    02 / The Sprint

You have an idea. You just don't know if it works.

You have an idea. Let's see if it works.

In two weeks we build a working prototype together. Not perfect, but real. So you know if it's worth building further.

    Working prototype in 2 weeks

    How it works

    1

    Intake

    Day 1

We discuss the idea. What should it do? For whom? What's the minimum it needs to do to test whether it works?

    2

    Build

    Day 2–8

We build the prototype. You watch along, give feedback and steer. We use AI tools and no-code platforms to move fast.

    3

    Test

    Day 9–12

We test the prototype with real users or with you. What works? What doesn't? What needs to change?

    4

    Deliver

    Day 14

You get a working prototype, a short manual and honest advice on next steps.

    What you get

    A working prototype

Not a sketch or a presentation. Something you can click, use and show.

    A short manual

So you can continue on your own, even when we're no longer involved.

    Honest advice on next steps

What's the next step if you want to keep building? And what does that roughly cost? We're honest, even if the answer is 'not yet'.

    In practice

AI matching tool prototype on a MacBook showing candidates and vacancies

The recruiter with an idea for a matching tool

Sandra had an idea for an AI tool that automatically matches candidates with job openings. She'd had it in her head for months but didn't know where to start.

A working prototype she could show her management within two weeks. She got approval to build further.

AI Advice Assistant prototype on a MacBook

The consultant who wanted to scale his expertise

Tom kept giving the same advice to clients. He wanted a tool that made his expertise accessible without him having to be there every time.

An interactive advice tool that clients could use independently. Tom saved time for the complex cases.

NewCo startup website prototype on a MacBook

The startup that wanted to convince investors

A team of three had a great idea but only a pitch deck. Investors wanted to see something, not just hear about it.

A clickable prototype that made the concept tangible. The conversation with investors went from 'interesting' to 'let's talk'.

    €2,500 to €5,000

Depending on the complexity of the idea. We discuss upfront what's feasible within budget and stick to it.
